Martin Moore - Director

Martin is a founding partner of Morgan Moore & Associates and is a qualified Quantity Surveyor. Martin has over 35 years of experience in the Property and Construction industry.

Martin started with UK company John Laing Constructions in 1976 before coming to Australia in 1981 and joining Quantity Surveying firm Cammeron & Middleton in Sydney. He then opened an office for the company in the Northern Territory, followed by a move to Canberra to run that office.

Prior to forming the present company in 1991, Martin worked with the Chester Group as a Senior Project Manager then director and was involved in various major projects comprising Commercial, Hotel, Residential and Industrial.

Martin became one of the first qualified Members of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) in December 1992.

Richard Abbott - Director

Richard joined Morgan Moore & Associates almost 12 years ago.

Prior to joining Morgan Moore & Associates Richard was a Contracts Manager for a large subcontractor administering contracts including Stadium Australia, The Sydney Stock Exchange and Cook and Philip Park.

Richard holds an Honours Degree in Construction Management from the University of Technology Sydney as well as a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Richard has over 15 years of experience across the Property and Construction industry and has extensive experience in planning, management and delivery across all sectors of the industry

Richard is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).

Tim Dodd – Assistant Project Manager.

Tim Joined Morgan Moore & Associates in early 2011 and is midway through a degree in Construction Management.
